How Our Process Works
Complete Registration
Fill out our online registration form, pay the registration fee and book a consultation with us at your convenience.
Initial Consultation
During your consultation, we’ll take up to 45 minutes to complete your family application form and discuss your ideal nanny requirements. For families with specific needs or those who prefer a more personalised approach, we also offer in-home consultations for an additional cost.
If you prefer not to speak over the phone and email works best for you, simply complete the family application form and return it to us at your earliest convenience.
Review and Match
Our team thoroughly reviews the information you provide to understand your family’s unique needs.
We search our database for potential candidates and advertise your position to make sure we can provide you with the best of the best.
Candidate Selection
We conduct interviews with potential candidates and perform background checks on those who meet your family’s criteria and our strict recruitment requirements.
Only candidates who pass our rigorous recruitment process and align with your preferences are presented to you.
Interviews and Feedback
You select the candidates you wish to meet, and we assist in scheduling the interviews.
We gather detailed and confidential feedback from both you and the candidates to ensure a successful match.
Hiring and Support
Once you’ve selected your nanny, we assist with the offer, and negotiation of salary and work agreement, including providing a contract template, if needed.
Our support doesn’t end there! After your nanny is hired, we’re always available to answer questions or assist in any way we can!
All our permanent nanny placements include a 30-day replacement guarantee, ensuring peace of mind if the nanny or family feels the match isn’t the right fit within the first month.
We offer a replacement nanny service to ensure seamless care if your permanent nanny is unable to attend work due to illness. We endeavour to provide a suitable replacement as quickly as possible to minimise any disruption to your routine.
